Who We Support
Government
Working in government comes with a unique set of circumstances for those who hold positions of service. As long time public-sector employees, we are intimately aware of these unique challenges. Public servants are mission driven, but must have the skills to continue to progress towards their goals; they seek mobility in their careers, while being confined to rigid hiring and promotional structures; and, they are faced with bureaucratic realities that can create a disconnect between the important work they do and the value they gain personally from doing it.

Non-Profit
Our team has extensive experience working in and with nonprofit organizations. Being a professional in a mission-driven setting is not for the faint of heart. It means being in the line of fire and working through times of crisis. It means having to manage staff who feel enormous pressure and feel overwhelmed. It means being asked to do more with less and less. The conditions for burnout and quiet quitting are ripe. Connection to the mission is often a foundation, but it’s not enough to sustain a person through the harder parts of their careers.
